WEB MARKETING MANAGER - TOUR OPERATIONS - SOUTH EAST
To define and co-ordinate the implementation of an internet & web marketing strategy to maximise on-line presence & sales of all programmes within this specialist product portfolio.
Working in conjuction with the yield, commercial and inventory departments to ensure accurate and effective pricing to maximise sales and revenue, you will monitor & report on web trends / new media & competitor online activity to ensure that the department is kept informed of new developments and able to respond to ensure increase in online activity & sales according to agreed targets.
You will be responsible for monitoring & managing all areas of customer feedback including analysis of CSQs, ensure that the product team is kept informed of all web development to ensure joined-up thinking and therefore achieve increase in direct & on-line business in line with given performance targets whilst keeping all databases for relevant area/products up to date at all times.
You must posses strong internet & direct marketing experience, ideally with experience of launching a new product, website design & content management experience, be commercially minded and able to grow product whilst protecting & improving margins. Excellent time-management & organisational skills are essential whilst travel industry experience highly desirable.
