WELLNESS MANAGER - BANSTEAD
£30,000
The Wellness Services Manager is responsible for the management of the health and wellness of the residents. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, overall well being of the residents; hiring, supervising, training of team members; communication with all resident support services and families; quality assurance and regulatory compliance. The Wellness Services Manager completes any required training and becomes knowledgeable in this organisations Philosophy, principle of service, policies and procedures, and regulations.
- Qualifications -
Maintains a current state license as a Professional Registered Nurse
One (1) year experience in long term care, assisted living or health care
Management experience and good organisational and time management skills
Exhibits a caring and compassionate attitude while articulating true concern for people
Able to work flexible hours and be available to respond during off-duty hours to community problems and emergencies
Possesses good judgement, problem- solving, and decision-making skills
Possesses the ability to effectively read, write and communicate in the language of the residents

Medication care assistant supervision
Medication administration and documentation supervision
Regulatory issues
Facilitate communication
Quality assurance
Training
Assumes responsibility for Health & Safety compliance within his/her department
