Job Description
A well known car dealership in Weston-Super-Mare are currently looking for an experienced Workshop Controller to control the manpower and resources of the workshop to meet company objectives to join the team. The main responsibilities will be
§ Track the progress of all vehicles coming into the workshop
§ Determine daily availability
§ Allocate all jobs to technicians with estimated times of repair
§ Liase with the Service Dept
§ Provide technical advice to customers
§ Motivate the team to ensure productivity and quality
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years experience of working in a similar role. They must be hardworking, motivated with excellent leadership skills. In return you will offered a very competitive salary with excellent benefits.
