We currently have positions available on our Graduate/Trainee programme for early 2007 and are looking for motivated individuals that want to work for a market-leading organisation.

We want new consultants to carry and exceed in these expectations as we expand on international basis. Current plans are focussed on America and Asia in the next 2-3 years.
From day one of joining Pathway you will embark on a 6 month programme designed specifically to take new consultants with no knowledge of the position and give them the skills and practise that will provide a platform from which they can launch a long and lucrative career. Our training sets the industry standards and is continually being developed by the experts in our business to ensure that it meets the needs of our consultants. You will be provided with intensive training in the first few weeks in order to get you up and running and from then on new consultants work on the modules from your CDP (Career Development Programme). Each module is designed specifically at targeting every area of your business and is taught through various methods and different managers – each with their own niche module. Past your initial trainee programme there is a host of other courses that cater for different stages of your career whether it be as a consultant, learning niche areas of the business or as a manager learning how to pass on the knowledge and experience that you have gained. We don’t believe that your development has a finish date.
We operate a meritocratic environment. We are proud to say that not one manager has been brought in from outside the business as all of our talent is home-grown. Some say this is because of our training programme and that there are no better managers in the industry, but we also believe that it is because we want managers that have been there, got the T-Shirt, know what its like and can offer advice from their experience and mistakes. Anyone more senior in Pathway will have been in your seat. Our senior consultants and management provide an environment with 100 years of recruitment experience and who all are more than willing to share this with those learning the ropes.
We work in a tough industry and expect to meet challenges and exceed them on a daily basis. Our consultants are offered one of the best packages in the industry. First year earnings are expected to be £35-40K, 2nd year £60-80K and 3rd year 100K+. These are realistic expectations that many consultants exceed – we have individuals in their 2nd year earning £120K+. We offer a company car scheme that provides consultants with Volksawagen Polo’s, Golf GTi’s, Porsche Boxsters, Range Rovers, BMW M3s and Jaguar XK8s. We offer incentives throughout the year that see consultants jetting off to faraway destinations in the Bahamas, the glam and glitz of Monte Carlo and the high rollers of Las Vegas to name but a few. We expect consultants who join Pathway to have the same motivation and high standards that we believe in. People who join Pathway as a consultant don’t get a job, they start their career.
